All Sales Are Final
At Fourm Gallery, we are committed to offering unique high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or sizing exchanges on any purchases unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We inspect our products thoroughly before shipping to minimize the chances of receiving damaged or defective items. Fourm Gallery is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or damaged packages and we recommend contacting the delivery company at fault for more information.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Fourmgallery@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review your case and, if the damage is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement. Please do not return any items without contacting us beforehand.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will assume that you no longer want or need the package. After 14 days from the date the package is returned to us, if you have not contacted us via email at Fourmgallery@gmail.com to arrange for re-shipment or address correction, we will consider the transaction complete and no further action will be taken.
